Okay... I'm sorry.. I can't sit by and watch while you beat up on yourself. You ARE and WERE qualified for the position you interviewed for down here in Chicago, and the one you currently hold.
You were railroaded, and it wasn't your fault. That's really all I can say about that. You can do better career-wise than Target anyway. There are lots of jobs down here in Chicago, and you certainly can find something... There are great schools with film/media programs as well... Columbia being one of them.
